Day of the Defender of Fatherland

Dear guests!

On February 23, we traditionally celebrate Defender of the Fatherland Day, one of the most important holidays in the calendar of Russians. On this day, it is customary to remember the fighters, soldiers and officers who served and defended the Motherland during wars and tribulations, and also to congratulate the active defenders of the Fatherland.

Today, a significant date has already turned into a kind of unofficial "day of all men".

Originally this holiday was called as "Day of Red Army and Fleet". From 1946 to 1993 was called "Day of the Soviet Army and the Navy." Since 2002, by the decision of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, February 23 in Russia is a non-working day, and this date is celebrated as "Defender of the Fatherland Day". After the collapse of the USSR, the holiday continues to be celebrated in a number of other CIS countries.

The hotel complex "Troparevo" offers you a special offer for accommodation and a festive dinner.
