Rules of residence in the Troparevo Holel Complex
- Accommodation in the Troparevo Hotel Complex is provided upon presentation of a passport for each resident.
- Check-out time: check-in at 14.00, check-out at 12.00.
In case of delay in the guest's check-out, the accommodation fee will be charged in the following order:
Check-in from 00.00 to 14.00. – 50% of the room rate per night
Check-out from 12.00 to 23.00 – 50% of the room rate per day
- The guest staying in the room assumes obligations when paying bills for the hotel services provided; the guest is financially responsible for damage caused to the hotel, as well as for all guests staying with him.
- The hotel is not responsible for securities, money, and jewelry left in the room and not deposited.
- The guest is obliged:
- Comply with the statutory procedures for staying at the hotel
- Maintain cleanliness
- Follow fire safety rules
- When leaving the hotel, hand over the key to the receptionist.
- The guest is prohibited from:
- After 23.00 the presence in the room of persons not staying at the hotel
- Smoking in the room. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Fine for smoking in the wrong place.
- Disturb the peace of other guests.

Breakfast 7.30 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.
Lunch 1p.m. to 3p.m.
Dinner 5p.m. to 7p.m.
*Dinners are only available by reservation before 3p.m.

Conference room
The level of the event is largely determined by the location where it is held. If you want your negotiations, presentation or seminar to be successful, use the conference room of the Troparevo hotel complex. We will be happy to help you organize a business meeting, meeting, educational seminar or training.
The rental service is available to both companies and individuals. Clients from Moscow and guests of the capital can use the conference room. The venue is suitable for events of any level.
The spacious and bright room will be comfortable for all event participants. The hall has an air conditioning system and presentation equipment. It is possible to connect additional equipment (sound, video, simultaneous translation, etc.).
A small conference room with an area of 55 m2 with access to a summer veranda is perfect for negotiations; its maximum capacity is 35 people. For larger events, we offer the use of a large conference room with an area of 240 m2 with a maximum capacity of up to 100 people.
We provide comprehensive event support services. If desired, we can organize restaurant service. We will select a menu for you for a coffee break, buffet or banquet according to your wishes.

Billiards is considered one of the most popular among solid games. We have opened a luxurious billiards room especially for fans of this game. At the Troparevo hotel complex you can organize a real competition in a friendly company or among colleagues.
In the billiard room you will find a cozy atmosphere and thoughtful interior. The hall is divided into 2 zones. The spacious playroom has a billiard table with storage space for cues and balls. When designing this area, special attention was paid to lighting, so even after a long game of Russian billiards or American pool, the appearance of eye fatigue is practically eliminated.
In the recreation area there is a dining table with upholstered furniture. Thanks to this, you can alternate between heated battles and calm conversations over a cup of coffee. If you wish, you can order lunch or dinner in our restaurant. A popular game can become one of the most interesting entertainments at a party (wedding, birthday, corporate event) held in one of our banquet halls.
There is secure parking on site. Free Wi-Fi for our guests. A summer veranda with access to Troparevsky Park is at your service.
You can organize a billiards tournament any day of the week. Possible hourly payment 1000r/hour.
